At Mittelallalin, at 3,500 metres, you can put on a VR headset for a virtual flight over the glacier landscape. A session lasts around a quarter of an hour, with up to nine people taking part at once. Adults pay CHF 20, children CHF 12, and it runs daily from nine to three from 20 June 2026. It's an odd combination, virtual mountains while the real ones lie right outside, but it works brilliantly with children. Handy if it's misty up top and the view disappears anyway.
