Bux cross-country ski trail

At Bux there's a free cross-country ski trail with both a classic and a skating track, each around a kilometre long, at just over two thousand metres. It's a short loop, so more of a practice circuit than a proper tour. That's exactly what makes it a good place to try cross-country skiing for the first time without buying a full day pass straight away. The altitude ensures reliable snow late into the season. Equipment can be hired in the villages.
