Riederalp Golf Club

At two thousand metres lies a nine-hole golf course looking out over the Rhône valley and the mountains beyond. The altitude does something to the ball: it flies noticeably further than you're used to, making the first few holes an education in themselves. The course is short and hilly, suiting players who don't play every day. Clubs can be hired on site. Even non-golfers enjoy walking the round for the view alone.
