Glacier trek across the Aletsch

From June to October, guided treks across the Great Aletsch Glacier are offered, lasting one to two days and from around CHF 99. Roped up with crampons, you walk across the ice past crevasses and meltwater streams, a landscape you simply can't take in from a viewpoint. A guide is compulsory, since the glacier is nowhere passable without one. On the two-day version you overnight in a mountain hut. This is the most immersive experience the Aletsch Arena has to offer.
