Stoneman Glaciara Hike

The Stoneman Glaciara is a signposted long-distance route of 65 kilometres with 3,150 metres of ascent that starts in Bellwald. You can do it in one demanding day or split it over two to three days with overnight stops along the way. The route runs along the ridge past the Eggishorn and the Bettmerhorn and crosses two suspension bridges. Participants collect stamps at checkpoints and receive a trophy on completion. For seasoned walkers, this is the finest multi-day trek in the region.
