Skiing at Rosswald

Twenty-five kilometres of piste between 1,800 and 2,600 metres, served by the gondola and four drag lifts. The runs are mostly blue and red, generously wide and rarely crowded. Because the area is used mainly by locals, you'll barely queue here even during the Christmas holidays. The cable car departs from Basweri in Ried-Brig, less than ten minutes from the chalet. At Restaurant Fleschboden, at 2,135 metres, you eat with the whole Valais Alpine panorama in front of you.
