Bergwasser circular walk

A 4.7-kilometre circular walk taking around an hour and a half, following the old mountain water channel. The path traces the suone, the centuries-old irrigation channel that once carried meltwater across the dry south-facing slope, and stays almost level as a result. That makes it one of the few mountain walks where you look at the view more than at your feet. Along the way you pass alpine meadows and larch forest. Those wanting more can continue on the hut walk to the Bortelhütte, 7.2 kilometres in about three hours.
