Winter glacier trek across the Trift

From the Hohsaas mountain station, a guided trek across the Trift Glacier sets off, lasting about two and a half hours, every Wednesday at half past one or on request. You walk roped up across a crevassed glacier at over three thousand metres, in a landscape you'd otherwise only glimpse from a distance on the piste. Prices start at around CHF 550 for a group of one to three people. Equipment is provided. It's an experience that most ski areas simply don't offer.
