Freeriding near Rothwald

Rothwald is known locally as a freeride area: the terrain beside the piste is broad, open and ridden so rarely that you can still find fresh tracks days after a snowfall. There's no built infrastructure, just the two drag lifts that drop you at the start. That also means you're responsible for your own avalanche gear and judgement.
