Llama trekking

Near Grächen you can spend a day trekking with llamas, leading them on a rope along the mountain paths. The animals carry the luggage and largely set the pace, which makes the walk noticeably relaxed. It's a particular hit with children, since there's always something happening along the way. Beforehand you're given instructions on how to handle the animals. Booking is through the Grächen tourist office and should be done well in advance.
