The Wildscheunen

The Wildscheunen are historic barns that villagers have converted, as volunteers, into small nature-discovery spaces. Each barn covers a different theme from the surrounding mountain nature, from insects to water systems. They sit along a walking route, so you pass them naturally. It's a project that grew entirely out of the community itself, and that shows in how it's been carried out. Especially good fun with children, and free to visit.
