Ginals is a working alp where cheese is still made in summer. There's no restaurant, just a hatch where walkers can buy fresh alpine cheese, drinks and a bite to eat. That's exactly what makes it special: you're standing on a genuine alp, not a terrace. The walk there climbs from Unterbäch through meadows and forest. Bring cash, since there's no card payment.
