The 124-metre suspension bridge floats 80 metres above the Massa gorge, just before the glacier gate. Part of the Belalp-Riederalp panorama route (summer).
In winter: Closed in winter. Combine a winter walk on Belalp with the Aletschbord viewpoint instead.
In summer: The legendary crossing itself, plus the Massa glacier gate and the stone-pine forests of the Aletschwald.
